Yes, it's called now IronPython Tools for Visual Studio 2010. You can download CTP2 at http://ironpython.net.

I downloaded and installed the new extension.

I think the VS2008 Python stuff was more featured.

Anyway I encourage those who do it, and shame on Microsoft for preferring F# (do you know what f means?) rather than Python!
